The seller gave me replacements and informed that hand washing is preferable. So I just hand wash them now. Other than that, these cups are amazing. O tamanho é ideal para tomar café, ou mesmo chá. A temperatura não passa para o lado de fora. Se não fosse uma pequena imperfeição na parte de baixo das canecas, eu daria nota máxima. Em ambas as canecas há uma imperfeição que se nota ao virá-las de cabeça para baixo, que acredito ser do processo de fabricação, pois estão exatamente no mesmo lugar. Dá a impressão de ser uma pequena bolha, e talvez influencie na durabilidade. Não posso afirmar com certeza porque não utilizei por longo período. Outra questão importante é que pela fotografia principal do produto pode parecer que no kit vem uma espécie de escova para limpeza, que na realidade não vem. Vem apenas o que aparece na descrição. De todo modo, tem um excelente custo x benefício, especialmente quando comparada às marcas mais conhecidas. O produto veio muito bem embalado e chegou em ótimas condições. Uso diariamente há 1 semana.We bought these mugs a few times. We like the fact that they are insulated and keep the fluids hot much longer than a regular coffee cup. They don’t break easily but eventually all the seals let go and you end up with water in the bottom of the cup, between the outer glass and the inner glass. You then need to bin them and buy more. They aren’t cheap, so if the seal lasted longer than 4 to 6 months that would be helpful.We received 2 of these as a gift. We liked them so much we ordered 8 more. We managed to break one, they are not indestructible. I "think" the outside is acrylic and inside is glass.
